At SCA Engineering, we house a large variety of equiment to suit different jobs needs. we have various manual, NC, and CNC controlled machines to ensure jobs are accurately and efficiently completed all in house
CNC Plasma Cutter
State of the art Kraftech high definition plasma allows us to accuractely and quickly cut a wide range of metals, from varing thicknesses of 0.5-35mm plate. For thicker materials, we have an Oxy-Fuel cutting head, to ensure clean and square cuts for thicker materials.
CNC Router
For aluminium machining, and cutting the CNC router allows for clean, and fast processing of plate and sheet. Applications for a CNC router includes a wide variety of machining processes including grooving, engraving, cutting and much more.
Whilst mainly used for aluminium, it also produces exceptional cut quality on Nylon and timber.
Folding and Cutting
For cutting and folding, there isnt much we can't do!
CNC Controlled guillotine with a maximum cut capacity of 4000mmx8mm thick

NC Controlled Pan Brake Folder Upto 4mm capacity, 3000mm long
NC Plate rolling
4 Roll sheet and plate rollers are avaiable onsite for plate sizes up to 12mm thick and 3100mm long. 4 Roll plate rollers ensure there is very little to no flat spot on the end of the sheet, meaning no unnessecary wasteage, and also allows for full 360 degree rolling with no flat edges.
Section Cutting
We have a wide range of saws available for all sizes and material types.
- Square cut auto-feed bandsaws:
Our autofeed bandsaws allow for continuous and accurate length feeds, with a maximum of 460mm wide material input, ensuring all cuts are identical and square.
- Mitre Cutting:
With a large angle cutting range of 30 - 150 Degrees, and maximum cutting width at 700mm, we can process large sections for accuate angle cutting, without the need for Oxy-fuel cutting or grinding.
